• Experience in B2B sales within engineering sectors.
• Ability to prepare compelling proposals and quotations.
• Strong client relationship management across multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to align solutions with client needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the engineering, construction, property, manufacturing, infrastructure and related sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, consultants, contractors and business partners.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the engineering team to identify suitable design and consultancy solutions.
• Prepare and present company profiles, service proposals, quotations and commercial presentations to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, potential projects, competitors and emerging business opportunities.
• Manage sales enquiries, follow-ups, negotiations and client communications throughout the business development process.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure proposed services are aligned with technical capabilities and project requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, site discussions and business networking activities where appropriate.
• Monitor sales opportunities and maintain proper records of prospects, proposals, client discussions and follow-up activities.
• Support management in developing sales strategies and expanding the Company's engineering consultancy client base
