Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or engineering.
• Proven track record of success in business performance and development.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Understanding of costs, business principles and risk management.
• Ability to qualify, structure and negotiate with partners.
• Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building in a complex team.

Responsabilités

• Finds new business opportunities to position KONE competitively in the market.
• Build strategy and execute growth initiatives across regions with country alignment.
• Manage complex business development projects, including acquisitions and market entries.
• Work with Sales and Offer Development to improve profitability in underperforming segments.
• Ensure cross-organization implementation of growth opportunities and programs.
• Lead, develop and mentor teams while maintaining strong internal and external networks.
• Engage with KA customers to increase share of market.
