kanken techno pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a proactive Service Operations Manager to align team objectives with HQ-SEA strategy and to help build a world-class service operations group.

You will lead and mentor a professional team of Service Operations engineers, manage manpower planning and OT hours, ensure safe operations, oversee installations, resolve product issues, delight customers, and drive training and performance reviews while maintaining site inventory.

Responsibilities

• Alignteam Strategy with overall HQ-SEA strategy to continue to create worldclass service operations team.
• Organize,lead, motivate, mentor and develop a professional team of ServiceOperations engineers.
• Supportsthe team on overall manpower needs, manages manpower planning and monitorOT hours.
• Overseeand manage all areas of the service activities so as to ensure smooth,efficient and productive flow of operations daily.
• Ensurea safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury andaccidents.
• Performsequipment installation, onsite refurbishment and provide direction toengineers regarding safety awareness, operational and procedural issues.
• Investigateand resolve issues pertaining to Kanken Product and services.
• Communicateand engages customer effectively so as to ensure positive customerexperiences in all areas, including responding to complaints, taking anyand all appropriate actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reportand escalat all observed problems to Senior Management Team withrecommendation.
• Managestaff and ensure adequate training and development is provided and carryout regular reviews and input into performance appraisal process.
• Developemployees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performanceexpectations and by conducting performance reviews.
• Beresponsible for and manages site inventory of all spare parts.
