Job summary

GovTech Singapore is looking for an Engineering Manager to tackle technically challenging problems in a modern product-like public sector environment. You will lead a team focused on digital services that support Singaporeans on parenthood journeys, aligning vision with governance and stakeholders.

You will mentor engineers, shape roadmaps, and drive patterns in IAC, CI/CD, and security. This 2-year contract role offers flexible work arrangements and a strong focus on public good and staff

Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale, high-availability software systems.
• Proficient in modern full-stack web technologies (Next.js/React.js, Java/TypeScript).
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Passion for engineering excellence and public-interest tech.

Responsibilities

• Define team engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap.
