• 5+ years of experience coaching developers and leading teams.
• Experience with large-scale, high-availability software systems.
• Strong design architecture, project management, and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define your team's engineering vision and strategy.
• Prioritize roadmaps with stakeholders to deliver incrementally.
• Create long-term technical plans and update roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers and guide performance and growth.
• Develop quality, reliability, and security strategies within the team.
• Identify and initiate engineering initiatives maximizing impact.
• Establish practices to foster a strong engineering culture.
• Assist with recruitment, especially for senior hires.
