Monograph is seeking an Engineering Manager for the APAC & EMEA Cards team based in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will develop strategies for card payments, manage a team of engineers, and contribute to significant engineering initiatives. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years in Engineering Management and strong Software Engineering experience. With an annual salary range of S$244,000 - S$366,000, this role is aimed at enhancing payment systems and team development in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Engineering Management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a Software Engineering role.
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive complex initiatives/projects.

Responsibilities

• Author Stripe’s card payments strategy in APAC & EMEA.
• Develop engineers on the team.
• Manage processes to help the team interface effectively with Stripe.
