Job summary

Stripe in Singapore is seeking an Engineering Manager for Payments Engineering to lead the team responsible for card payments across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. You’ll shape strategy with Stripe leaders and mentor engineers to grow their careers while delivering reliable, scalable payment experiences.

You’ll recruit exceptional engineers, drive technical productivity and collaboration, and contribute to global engineering initiatives as part of the management team.

Responsibilities

• Shape Stripe’s card payments strategy with other Stripe leaders.
• Develop engineers on the team and help them advance in their careers.
• Empower the engineering team to achieve high levels of productivity, reliability, and simplicity.
• Manage processes that help the team do its best work and collaborate with Stripe.
• Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as part of Stripe’s engineering management team.
• Recruit exceptional engineers in collaboration with Stripe’s recruiting team.
