Job summary

360 Excellence Search is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day engineering operations within a Singapore-based manufacturing environment. You will drive visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives while partnering with heads of departments, external partners, and vendors to align operational activity with strategic objectives.

The role requires a decade of experience in engineering operations management, strong leadership, and superb communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Sciences or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Engineering Operations Management in a leading role.
• Familiar with Manufacturing environments; Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, highly motivated and energetic.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes providing visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with department heads, external partners and vendors to inform operational decisions and strategic goals.
• Plan, monitor and analyze key metrics for day-to-day performance to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
• Devise strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs.
• Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with human resources to lead a team with integrity and create an inclusive, productive environment.
