Job summary

Venture Corporation Limited is seeking an Engineer, Test (RF) to join our Singapore-based team at our Headquarters in Ang Mo Kio. This role focuses on developing test processes, coordinating New Product Introduction (NPI) testing, debugging at component level, and maintaining testing equipment to ensure quality across products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years relevant EMS experience.
• Knowledge in ultra-high-frequency millimeter-wave (60GHz V-band and 70/80GHz E-band) technology is an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and analyzes non-conforming products from test stations; determines root cause and recommends corrective actions.
• Perform test capacity planning to maximize tester capacities.
• Improve test yield via CIP/RMA activities.
• Lead a group of Test Engineering Assistants/Technicians and ensure compliance to quality standards and procedures.
• Participate in product transfer activities and NPI support.
• Review and contribute to improvements of test yields, tester intermittencies and high defects; enhance tester performance.
• Maintain minimum debug WIP through test yield improvements and resource management.
• Generate failure analysis guides and flow charts; analyze test data for improvements.
• Work with customers and engineering for continuous improvement activities.

We’re looking to add aEngineer, Test (RF) inSingapore. The position is based in ourHeadquarters inAng Mo Kio.

As a Engineer, Test (RF) you will

Develop test documentation, procedures, and reports, and conduct test readiness reviews. In-charge on all products test process and coordinate all test aspect that includes NPI-Test (New Product Introduction), product debugging to component level, tester set-up, maintenance and improvements of testing equipment and tools.

The key roles and responsibilities are as below

• Troubleshoots and analyze non-conforming products from Functional Test, Oven Test and Final Test station. Determine the root cause of failures and recommend corrective actions. Review, generate and implement procedures of the system and process to comply with customer requirements.
• Perform test capacity planning to ensure testers capacities are maximized & sufficient
• Improving test yield via CIP/RMA activities
• Leading a group of Test Engineering Assistants/Technicians & ensuring compliance to quality standards, company guidelines & procedures are adhered to whilst providing necessary support to production.
• Participate in product transfer activities & NPI support
• Review and contribute to the improvement of Test Yields, Tester Intermittencies issues, high electrical Defects, and overall Tester performance
• Maintain minimum debug WIP through test yield improvements & resource management
• Generate failure analysis guide and flow chart to ensure systematic approach to problems Analyse test data and make suggestions for improvement.
• Work with customer and engineering personnel on continuous improvement activities.

What skills and experiences are we looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
• Preferably 2-3 years relevant experience in EMS environment
• Knowledge in ultra-high-frequency millimeter-wave (60GHz V-band and 70/80GHz E-band) technology is an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in a manufacturing environment
