Venture Corporation Limited in Singapore is seeking an Engineer, Test (Debug) to join our HQ in AMK. You will diagnose and fix issues in servers, PCBs or software, using specialized test equipment to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
Key duties include root-cause analysis, documenting findings, and collaborating with engineering, quality and manufacturing teams to improve yield and reliability.

We’re looking to add an Engineer, Test (Debug) in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ in AMK.
As a Engineer, Test (Debug), you will:
Identify, analyzes, and resolves technical issues in hardware or software systems to ensure product quality and production efficiency. Diagnose root causes of failures, perform component-level troubleshooting, document findings, and collaborate with design or production teams to implement improvements.
Diagnose and fix issues in servers, PCBs, or software systems, often using specialized test equipment.
Perform in-depth analysis to identify the root causes of production failures, defects, or system crashes.
Maintain accurate, detailed records of failure codes, repairs, and debug actions.
Work with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to address product defects and improve yield.
Reduce, scrap/rework (bone pile) and enhance product reliability through, actionable feedback.
Constantly improve test yield via CIP/RMA activities.
Generate, update, review and maintain the Venture Standard Operating Procedure.
Lead a group of Test Engineering Assistants / Technicians & ensure compliance to quality standards, company guidelines and procedures, to whilst providing necessary support to production.
Maintain minimum debug WIP through test yield improvements & resource management.
Liaise with customers on product related issues for improvements - NPI and existing products.
Constantly looking into better test efficiencies and better test coverage to achieve 1st class quality at minimum cost.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.
Participate in cost Saving measures and LEAN initiative.
Participate in MRB disposition of parts and problem solving.
Recommend test equipment, test fixtures and improve test program to ensure products meet the required quality and achieve high efficiencies. Implement changes according to ECN.
Remove measuring/test equipment from production line that are out of calibration.
Review calibration report prior to release or for necessary disposition if deemed unfit for use
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
1-2 years of experience in, PCBA, server manufacturing, or, failure analysis.
Knowledge of electrical principles, circuit schematics, and, troubleshooting methods.
Strong ability to interpret data and, troubleshoot complex systems.
Proficient in using, test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
Ability to, liaise with customers and internal departments
