Job summary

Keppel Data Centres in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Shift Operations professional to maintain data centre systems, respond to service requests, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the facility.

You will perform daily walkthroughs, record faults, assist with handovers, file incident reports, and support subcontractors and vendors during installations and maintenance. Travel overseas may be required as needed.

Your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with internal and external

clients

• Respond to customer service requests in a timely manner
• Respond to emergency calls (during shift work)
• Maintain Data Centre Systems
• Conduct daily walkthrough of DC to record and report any faults or defects detected

and take down record of M&E equipment

• Conduct daily routine checklist to ensure no environmental abnormalities and all critical

M&E related systems are in good working condition

• Ensure that the DC is clean, free from debris and safe work practices are being carried

out during installation work / routine maintenance / repair of equipment by SubContractors/vendors

• Assist Shift Lead during Briefing and handover to incoming shift team on all

outstanding issues and Standing Instructions from the Operation Lead / Assistant Manager / Manager

• Incidents and field service reporting and filing
• Adherence to all quality, health & safety, and environmental policies
• Comply to site required policies, guidelines and practices
• Travel overseas for work / assignment as and when necessary or requested by your

immediate supervisor / the head of department

• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your

immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time
