Job summary

Keppel Management Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Data Centre Technician to support operations within our state-of-the-art facility. You will monitor DC systems and assist in maintaining high availability and reliability.

Responsibilities include daily walkthroughs to detect faults, addressing service requests and emergencies, coordinating with Sub-Contractors, and ensuring environmental health and safety standards are met. Travel may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Data Centre Systems
• Conduct daily walkthrough of DC to record and report any faults or defects detected and take down record of M&E equipment
• Conduct daily routine checklist to ensure no environmental abnormalities and all critical M&E related systems are in good working condition
• Ensure that the DC is clean, free from debris and safe work practices are being carried out during installation work / routine maintenance / repair of equipment by SubContractors/vendors
• Assist Shift Lead during Briefing and handover to incoming shift team on all outstanding issues and Standing Instructions from the Operation Lead / Assistant Manager / Manager
• Incidents and field service reporting and filing
• Adherence to all quality, health & safety, and environmental policies
• Comply to site required policies, guidelines and practices
• Travel overseas for work / assignment as and when necessary or requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time
