Job summary

ATT Mobility seeks a proactive maintenance technician to support the reliability of security, mechanical, and electrical systems. The role emphasizes safety, timely fault resolution, and efficient operations on-site at Singapore locations.

• Diagnose and resolve system faults with focus on efficiency, safety, and minimal downtime.
• Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance; promptly follow up on defects.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and update repair status and completed works.
• Respond to and manage operational and maintenance issues with minimal site disruption.
• Provide on-site support for basic traffic management as required by scope.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure work meets schedule and safety requirements.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety procedures and safe work practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of various security, mechanical, and electrical systems to ensure operational reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve system faults and breakdowns—both mechanical and electrical—with a focus on efficiency, safety, and minimal downtime.
• Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance; identify and follow up promptly on any equipment malfunctions or defects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure timely updates on repair status and completed works.
• Respond to and manage operational and maintenance issues, ensuring minimal disruption to site operations.
• Provide on-site support for basic traffic management, including full or lane closures, as required by the job scope.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure works are executed according to schedule and comply with relevant technical and safety requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety procedures and safe work practices at all times.
• Uphold good housekeeping practices at work sites to maintain a safe and organized environment.
• Provide technical and maintenance support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Identify and recommend improvements to maintenance procedures, tools, and processes to enhance overall efficiency and performance.
• To follow all company business operation and SOP at all times.
• Participate actively in Health Safety and Environment programs and activities in order to achieve Company’s KPIs, ISO14001 objective and target. Proactively rectify any abnormalities, unsafe acts or unsafe situations and report to supervisor accordingly.
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping at all times.
• Any other operational and maintenance duties as assigned by Supervisor.
