Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in preparing project plans, schedules, and tender/documentation.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily progress reports and site diaries.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and vendors; support site inspections and QA checks.
• Understand client requirements and prepare engineering calculations and drawings under guidance of senior engineers.
• Assist in the selection and specification of equipment and materials.
• Research and analyse technical data.
• Conduct site inspections and QA checks to ensure project compliance.
• Prepare method statements and QA processes.
• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems meet performance requirements.
• Prepare operation and maintenance manuals and as-built drawings for handover.
• Actively seek opportunities to learn and develop technical skills.
• Participate in training programs and workshops.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Prepare and assist senior engineers in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation during project or tender phase, demonstrating understanding of project management methodologies.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and as-built drawings.

Technical Assistance

• Understand client’s requirement and prepare engineering calculations and drawings under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Prepare and assist in the selection and specification of equipment and materials.\
• Research and analyse technical data.

Quality Assurance

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure project compliance.
  
• Prepare and implement method of statement and processes for quality assurance.
  
• Coordinate and carry out testing and commissioning activities to ensure systems are operational and meet performance requirements.
• Prepare operational and maintenance manuals and as-built drawing for project handover.
