Job summary

AVR Marine Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Coordinator to supervise and lead the construction team, ensuring milestones are met and operations run smoothly in Singapore.

You will manage construction activities, monitor subcontractors, ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, and coordinate works across multiple contractors. Strong English, project management, and AutoCAD/MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years’ experience in site coordination.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience leading a team.
• Proficient with MS Office, POS and AutoCAD.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the construction team to lay down construction milestones.

• Identify and comply with all applicable statutory / regulatory requirements and safety related to project.

• Clear communication to external parties including client, sub-contractors, consultant, vendor etc on project needs, requirements and schedule by means of daily construction oversight.
• Report daily operation to Operation Manager

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• Minimum 1 years' experience in site coordination.
• Excellent project management skills

• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)

• Proficient in English Language.
