Job summary

Thoughtworks Singapore seeks an Engagement Manager/Delivery Lead to translate client goals into actionable workstreams, milestones and outputs across teams, AI agents and stakeholders.

You will drive AI-native delivery, ensure quality and coherence across workstreams, manage risks, and translate advisory recommendations into practical execution paths while maintaining momentum and focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, product, or technology delivery roles.
• Ability to break down ambiguity into clear, actionable work and evaluate hypotheses and outcomes.
• Strong execution focus with accountability and balance of pace and quality.
• Ability to reason about end-to-end business process, technology, and data dependencies.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI to accelerate analysis, outputs, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the Delivery of Outcomes, translating client goals into workstreams, milestones and outputs.
• Structure and lead engagements by breaking down problems into actionable components with clear ownership across teams and stakeholders.
• Orchestrate AI-Native Delivery across analysis, modeling, code/workflows and documentation, delegating to AI while ensuring quality.
• Ensure quality and coherence by reviewing outputs for logical consistency and feasibility across workstreams.
• Interface with Client Delivery Leadership (CTO/CIO, program leads) to translate recommendations into practical execution paths.
• Manage delivery risks and adapt approaches to maintain progress and ensure outcomes are realizable.
• Build reusable delivery patterns by capturing repeatable approaches, workflows and assets.
• Run engagements with clarity, pace and discipline to translate work into decisions and outcomes.
