Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience managing onsite and offshore teams.
• Strong background in investment banking with understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI-based projects to meet client objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.
