Career-Zoom-Pte.-Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an hands-on Employee Engagement & Experience Lead to shape a positive culture for a distributed workforce of 300–400 professionals deployed across client sites.

The role partners with HR, account management and delivery teams to create a seamless employee experience from onboarding through retention. You will design engagement journeys, run regular check-ins, and act as the first point of contact for concerns while fostering belonging through

Qualifications

Experience in employee engagement or HR operations within distributed workforce.
Proven ability to design and run onboarding and ongoing engagement programs.
Strong communication and confidential handling of employee concerns.

Responsibilities

Design and execute an engagement journey from onboarding to assignment completion.
Conduct structured check-ins and maintain regular contact with client-site staff.
Act as first point of contact for workplace concerns and escalate appropriately.
Build communication channels, forums, and community initiatives to foster belonging.
Identify disengagement signals and coordinate timely interventions.
Collaborate with recruitment, HR, account managers, and delivery teams to improve experience.
Ensure engagement practices comply with internal policies and Singapore employment requirements.
