Cisco Systems, Inc is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer who will engage with customers to drive adoption, value realization, and renewals across Cisco products and services. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and engineering to ensure a unified customer experience throughout the lifecycle.

The candidate should bring strong expertise in SD-WAN, SDA, and Wireless, with hands-on deployment and optimization experience, plus relevant networking

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of related experience (or equivalent).
• Professional-level networking certs (e.g., CCNP) or equivalent; DevOps or programmability certs (e.g., Cisco DevNet).
• Hands-on experience leading customer engagements across SD-WAN, SDA, and Wireless technologies, including design, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience designing, deploying, migrating, optimizing Cisco solutions across multiple domains; knowledge of software programmability and automation.
