Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Expert to resolve high-impact escalations and guide systemic improvements that deliver measurable business value. You will advocate for customers, align Cisco solutions with environments, and drive AI-enabled automation and scalable tooling for long-term success.

You will mentor teams, lead trainings, and collaborate across Engineering to optimize delivery, ensuring consistent innovation and executive-aligned outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 8+ years of related experience, or Master's with 6+ years, or equivalent.
• Expert level (e.g., CCIE) or equivalent relevant certification expected.
• Experience leading high-impact technical escalations across teams or regions.

• Act as senior escalation point for urgent customer issues and outages.
• Build deep understanding of customer environments and advocate systemic fixes.
