Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a senior Solutions Development Architect to own the technical relationship with executive sponsors at strategic accounts in CX Services.

You will shape offerings, lead AI-enabled service design across multi-architecture environments, and guide adoption across the region. This role demands credibility with CIOs/VPs and hands-on leadership across Sales, Delivery, and CTO teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8+ years in consultative or solution selling for complex multi-architecture engagements.
• Proven success influencing VP/SVP level executives and shaping large-scale proposals.
• Architect-level depth in Networking, Data Center, Security, Cloud, or AI/Data with broad portfolio knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level technical relationships, translate business priorities into architecture and KPIs.
• Own pre-sales services for complex multi-architecture opportunities, define current and target states.
• Define AI-enabled service propositions and multi-phase transformation roadmaps.
• Co-design scalable solutions with internal teams and partners, balancing delivery and commercial outcomes.
• Mentor engineers and architects and drive adoption of AI-powered tooling.
