Job summary

Qualifications

• Interest or background in energy, infrastructure, and project development.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional Asian language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Advise on development, structuring, and implementation of greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Draft and negotiate agreements related to electricity generation, clean energy, desalination, and public-private partnerships.
• Conduct legal research on Singapore law and industry practices.
• Prepare documentation for general corporate and commercial transactions.
• Collaborate with senior team members to provide client-focused solutions.
