Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks an IT Security Specialist, focusing on Data Security and Endpoint Security. You will lead a team, act as a last-level escalation for security incidents, and own ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management.

You will implement SEP and other EDR technologies, design security policies, manage RUN/BAU operations, investigate high-severity incidents, and perform root-cause analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance across global infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• 8+ years of IT Security experience with emphasis on Endpoint & Data Security.
• Must-have: SEP, Endpoint Protection policy design and administration, and incident & escalation management.
• Experience in RUN / Production Operations environments.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise endpoint security platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as last-level technical escalation for data security and endpoint incidents.
• Own Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL-based).
• Mentor and guide team members; support recruitment and capability development.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency improvements.
• Lead investigations for high-severity incidents and data leakage with root-cause analysis.
• Contribute to migrations, upgrades, DR tests, and global infra events.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
