• 4+ years IT project management experience.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EUC service delivery and desktop engineering initiatives.
• Lead a team of EUC engineers; conduct performance reviews and career development.
• Serve as primary escalation point for business stakeholders and manage vendor relationships.
• Maintain governance frameworks; track KPIs/SLAs and prepare service reviews.
