Job summary

Multinational Company in Singapore seeks an IT support specialist to provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, OS, applications, and network access. You will build, deploy, and upgrade Windows and Mac laptops, and support new joiners.

You will manage incidents via ServiceNow, ensure SLA adherence, support meeting rooms and Teams voice, coordinate with vendors, assist with software upgrades, and drive automation and end-user technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for desktop, laptop, OS, applications, network access, and hardware issues
• Build, deploy, and upgrade Windows & Mac laptops; manage new joiner setups
• Support JML (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) processes and local IT asset management
• Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow; ensure SLA adherence
• Support meeting rooms, AV, conferencing, and Teams voice systems
• Coordinate with 3rd-party vendors and escalate issues when required
• Assist with software upgrades, patching, imaging, and local IT projects
• Drive service improvements, automation, and end-user technology adoption
• Support audits and collaborate with global IT support teams
