Job summary

BGC Group Pte Ltd is seeking an IT professional to oversee the EUSS contracted team handling End Users' Computing across EUC functions including helpdesk, device provisioning, asset management, software deployment and access management.

You will monitor queues, ensure SLA compliance, and drive corrective actions while tracking KPIs and reporting performance to management. Strong coordination and vendor accountability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with End Users' Computing.
• Strong ability to supervise teams and ensure deliverables meet scope and service standards.
• Strong coordination, multi-deadline management, and vendor accountability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the EUSS contracted team across EUC functions.
• Monitor ticket queues, review resolution quality, and ensure incidents and service requests meet SLAs.
• Implement corrective actions when service standards are not met and elevate issues.
• Track EUSS team performance against KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
