Job summary

Grab is seeking an IT Operations lead for EUC Region 2, based onsite at Grab One North. You will guide a specialist team, manage incidents, and oversee assets, CMDB, and service delivery to ensure operational excellence for Grab employees.

The role requires ITSM proficiency, strong leadership, and experience with AI tools and data analytics. Flexibility for maintenance windows and incidents is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in IT Operations support or a related field, with ITIL or other ITSM certifications.
• Proficient in ITSM, including ticket reporting and SLA monitoring.
• Proficient in IT hardware asset management and CMDB.
• Proficient in macOS and Windows operating systems.
• Experience leading or guiding a technical support team and resolving complex issues.
• Proficient in AI, data analytics and data reporting using tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Power BI and DataLoader.
• Flexible to support non-standard working hours for maintenance windows or major incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and handle escalations for a team of IT specialists.
• Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) response.
• Oversee ticket systems and SLA compliance; collaborate with vendors.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle and CMDB; propose BOM for devices/services.
• Maintain documentation to improve IT operations processes.
• Drive technology projects and support innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with other GTS teams for an operational perspective.
• Support EUC security policies and compliance.
