Job summary

Maybank Singapore is seeking a qualified professional to support and enhance its end user computing environment, covering Microsoft technologies, workplace productivity, and enterprise mobility. The role involves developing and maintaining end user computing infrastructure to meet business needs and service levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Experience in end user computing, Microsoft technologies, SCCM, Active Directory and workplace productivity solutions.
• Knowledge of enterprise mobility technologies and IT infrastructure operations.
• ITIL and Microsoft certifications will be advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance the bank's end user computing environment, including Microsoft technologies, workplace productivity and enterprise mobility solutions.
• Develop, maintain and optimise end user computing infrastructure to meet business needs and service level commitments.
• Ensure operational stability, security compliance and service availability across desktop and mobile computing environments.
• Contribute to technology refresh initiatives, infrastructure improvements and disaster recovery activities.
• Partner with business users and technology stakeholders to deliver effective end user technology solutions.
