Job summary

Quess Selection & Services, Singapore, is seeking a Workspace Technology Engineer to support, maintain and improve end-user workspace technologies across the organization. You will work independently on day-to-day operations while contributing to design, improvement and project initiatives.

The role requires hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, JAMF Admin Console, and VDI/AVD, plus Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Group Policy, endpoint security, PowerShell, and ITIL-based support

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Workspace IT roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
• Exposure to audit, compliance, or regulated environments is an advantage.
• Strong experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities:

The Workspace Technology Engineer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving end-user workspace technologies within the organization. This role is expected to work independently on day-to-day operations while contributing to design, improvement, and project initiatives

• Hands-on experience in Intune, and SCCM
• Hands-on experience in Virtual environment (VDI/AVD)
• Administration experience in JAMF Admin Console (E.g. Hands-on experience in configuring settings & troubleshooting in JAMF admin console and not just basic read access to check device status and etc)
• Administration experience in SCCM Admin Console (E.g. Hands-on experience in configuring software packaging & deployments, patch deployments, troubleshooting error and etc, not just basic read access to check device status and etc)

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Hands-on experience in Intune, and SCCM (Mandatory)
• Hands-on experience in Virtual environment (VDI/AVD) (Mandatory)
• Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, and endpointsecurity controls
• Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes.
