Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Singapore is seeking a MacOS Admin with 6-8 years of experience to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level Jamf Pro deployments for macOS and iOS devices. You will build and enforce MDM policies, automate management tasks with shell scripts, and ensure device security and compliance.

The role requires hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and a strong background in Linux/Unix systems, scripting, and IT administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a professional enterprise environment.
• Recent 2+ years hands-on experience with MDM / Jamf.
• Strong knowledge of Jamf framework, policies, smart groups, and scripts.
• Solid experience with macOS and iOS platforms.
• Proficiency in shell scripting (zsh / bash).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support macOS/iOS using Jamf Pro.
• Design, implement, and maintain MDM policies, profiles, and configurations.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, compliance, and policy-related issues.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts (zsh / shell) for device management tasks.
• Ensure device security, patching, and OS update compliance.
• Integrate Jamf with identity, security, and directory services where required.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and document procedures, workflows, and configurations.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams on endpoint standards and best practices.
