Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Middle Office Trade Support Analyst to support post-trade operations across Fixed Income, Equities and FX products. The role covers end-to-end trade lifecycle management, timely confirmations, settlement, exception resolution, and collaboration with Front Office, Operations, Custody, Settlements, and Technology.

• Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle across asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, FX).
• Experience in trade confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and exception management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle across Fixed Income, Equities, and/or FX.
• Perform trade confirmation and settlement activities accurately and within deadlines.
• Monitor, resolve, and escalate trade exceptions, breaks, and discrepancies.
• Investigate and route trade-related issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, Custody, Settlements, Technology, and external counterparties.
