Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Middle Office Trade Support Analyst to support post-trade operations across Fixed Income, Equities, and FX.

You will manage the end-to-end trade lifecycle, perform trade confirmation and settlement, resolve exceptions, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating with Front Office, Operations, Custody, Settlements, Technology and external counterparties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, Banking, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in Middle Office/Trade Support or Settlements.
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle across asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, FX).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle across Fixed Income, Equities, and FX.
• Perform trade confirmation and settlement within deadlines.
• Monitor and resolve exceptions, breaks, and discrepancies.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
