Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join its Foreign Exchange & Commodities Operations team in Singapore. The role involves providing critical back-office operational support for the GFX trading business across the Asia region, focusing on post-trade processes, electronic matching, confirmations and settlement for FX products.

You will work with internal trading desks, regional counterparties, and external clients to resolve queries, identify trade breaks,

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, Banking or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of back-office experience with FX, FICC or financial derivatives is advantageous.
• Ability to work early morning shifts and public holiday coverage in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Provide back-office support for GFX trading post-trade processes across Asia.
• Coordinate electronic matching, confirmations and settlement for FX products.
• Resolve trade breaks, discrepancies and operational risks promptly.
• Collaborate with internal desks, regional counterparties and external clients.
• Support daily operations and adapt to market hours as required.
