Salling Search is seeking a Trade Operations Executive to own end-to-end cross-border shipments for an international trading company specialising in cementitious and steel products. You will manage documentation, LC deadlines, and liaise with Trading and Shipping teams to ensure timely shipments.

Role requires 1–3 years in international trade operations, knowledge of UCP 600/ISBP 745/URC 522, and strong English communication; Mandarin is a plus. JD Edwards experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Logistics, International Trade or related field.
• 1–3 years in international trade operations.
• Knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP 745, URC 522, Incoterms 2020.
• Experience with Letters of Credit and banking documents.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate seaborne deliveries with Trading and Shipping teams.
• Prepare import/export documents and LC deadlines.
• Communicate with suppliers, customers, banks to resolve document issues.
• Issue cargo documents (10–15 per shipment) for import clearance.
• Oversee invoicing, documentation, LC presentation, and vendor payments.
• Manage import/export L/Cs, collections, and banking compliance.
• Coordinate invoicing and generate operational reports.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders through the shipping process.
