Jenga Corp in Singapore (Bugis) is seeking a Trade Operations Executive / Specialist to support end-to-end cross-border trade in a globally connected petrochemical trading firm. You will gain hands-on exposure to international logistics, trade documentation, and trade finance, including letters of credit, working closely with Shanghai team.

The role involves coordinating with logistics providers, preparing import/export docs, monitoring orders, and ensuring accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in trade operations, logistics, or order processing.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance, and trade documentation.
• Familiarity with Letters of Credit (L/C) preferred.
• Experience in the chemical trading industry is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Execute end-to-end international trade operations based on sales and procurement requirements.
• Prepare and process import/export documentation (invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin).
• Coordinate with logistics providers, agents, and warehouses to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor customer orders and shipment progress; proactively resolve operational issues.
• Support trade finance processes, including handling and reviewing Letters of Credit (L/C).
• Verify logistics costs and maintain accurate inventory and operational records.
• Prepare reports and provide regular updates on order and shipment status.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and overseas teams across regions.

Language Requirement (Important)

• Proficiency in English is also required for internal and external coordination

Working Structure

Based in Singapore office (Bugis) Will report directly to the Shanghai team with close communications Cross‑border collaboration with regional stakeholders Candidates must be comfortable working alone as the only personnel in Singapore. Other colleagues will be in Shanghai.

Salary & Benefits

Salary from SGD 4,500 to SGD 6,000, commensurate with experience 13th month salary + performance‑based bonus
