Job summary

Fano (Fano Labs) in Singapore is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to join the Customer Success team. You own both discovery and build, ensuring the customer's needs are translated into working solutions.

You operate at the intersection of product engineering, customer success, and operations, leading requirements, configuring the platform, developing integrations, and delivering end-to-end deployments with close collaboration from engagement to production support.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years combining hands-on technical delivery (integration, scripting, configuration) with requirements discovery or business analysis, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery directly with the customer and validate feasibility in real time.
• Configure the Fano product to align with identified specifications and write configuration docs.
• Write production-quality integration code to connect Fano's platform with customers' systems and develop end-to-end solutions.
• Own requirements and execution of integration and product configuration, and manage project plans, milestones and risks.
