Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations.
• Conduct workshops with HR/L&D and business stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Map learning processes to SuccessFactors Learning capabilities and design solutions.
• Prepare BRDs, FSDs, configuration documents, and test scripts.
• Configure LMS according to requirements and best practices.
• Manage LMS modules: Items, Courses, Programs, Paths, Assessments, Tracking, and Compliance.
• Support SIT/UAT, data migration, cutover, go‑live and hyper‑care.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and training materials.

About the Role

AffluentSoftware Innovations Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with 5–6 years of relevant experience to join our SAP SuccessFactors practice in Singapore. The candidate should have strong hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) implementation projects, with the ability to manage functional activities across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.

The role requires close collaboration with HR, Learning & Development teams, business stakeholders, project managers, and technical/integration teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in and independently manage activities across end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations.

• Support LMS data migration, including users, learning history, courses, curricula, certifications, and other relevant learning data.
• Prepare migration templates, validate data, perform reconciliation, and resolve data‑quality issues.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues raised during implementation and production support.
• Support SuccessFactors quarterly releases and assess the impact of new functionality on existing LMS configurations.
• Prepare training materials, user guides, configuration documents, and knowledge‑transfer materials.
• Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for administrators and business users.
• Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
