Job summary

Singapore Institute of Technology seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors specialist to provide functional support across Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding and Offboarding.

You will conduct requirement analysis, translate needs into specifications, and guide signoffs. The role involves coordinating testing, supporting upgrades, and ensuring secure, compliant HR data handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors support and configuration across multiple modules.
• Experience with Role-Based Permissions, Employee Central Core, Benefits, Leave, Timesheet, Payroll, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Onboarding and Offboarding.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP S/4Hana, Concur and third-party systems.
• Experience with system testing, troubleshooting, user training and technical/functional documentation.
• Knowledge of SAC and RPA technologies is an added advantage.
• Certification such as SAP Certified Application Associate is a plus.
• Experience in HR technology with automation and process improvement focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors modules across multiple domains.
• Conduct user requirement analysis and secure signoffs.
• Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to business users.
• Assist configuration of SuccessFactors modules including Role-Based Permissions.
• Support during system upgrades and patches.
• Plan and document end-to-end unit and integration testing; support UAT.
• Monitor and resolve integration issues with payroll and related systems.
• Collaborate with business users and vendors; maintain patches and upgrades per policy.
• Participate in project implementation activities as required.
• Ensure adherence to security policies for system data and user access.
