Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to design, implement, and deliver end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions across EC, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment, and other modules. The role requires deep technical and functional expertise and strong stakeholder management.

You will lead cross-functional project teams, drive HR digital transformation, ensure integration with SAP S/4HANA and Payroll, and mentor junior consultants

Qualifications

8–12 years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation and solution architecture experience.
Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, with Employee Central mandatory.
Experience delivering large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects for global clients.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions across EC, TM, Comp, Learning and Recruitment.
Lead project teams through requirements, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment and go-live support.
Ensure integration with payroll and core ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA).
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to pre-sales and client presentations.
