Job summary

Singapore Land Authority is seeking an Procurement Officer to support procurement activities across the lifecycle, from requirement definition and sourcing to evaluation, contract award and post-award administration.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring timely and compliant procurement processes, governance, and data reporting. The role emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement within a government framework.

Qualifications

• Qualification in a building-related discipline, such as Building, Construction Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or other relevant built-environment disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate end-to-end procurement activities from planning through award and contract administration.
• Conduct and administer procurement exercises through the GeBIZ system.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper planning and execution of procurement activities.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and renewal or re-procurement milestones to ensure continuity of services.
• Support procurement reporting, data analysis and related initiatives as required.
