Responsibilities

• Manage end to end customer orders and coordinate daily order fulfilment activities to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers; respond to enquiries, provide order updates and support the resolution of service related issues.
• Build positive customer relationships by understanding requirements and coordinating appropriate solutions with relevant internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer, order and operational data; prepare information and analysis to support business and service requirements.
• Coordinate across internal processes, systems and stakeholders to improve order handling efficiency and overall customer experience.
• Support commercial and customer service activities while adhering to established quality, safety and compliance standards.
