Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Customer Experience Executive / Order Processing Executive to support end-to-end customer service operations in the food industry in the North region. The role follows a 5-day work week with office hours and focuses on delivering a positive customer experience throughout the service journey.

You will handle inquiries, coordinate with internal teams for timely order fulfilment, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in relevant field.
• Experience in customer service or order management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and service requests through various communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support efficient order fulfilment and service delivery.
• Monitor and follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying service enhancement opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare reports and provide updates on customer service activities.
• Support additional administrative or operational duties as required.
