Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to uphold governance in government procurement and ensure high-quality project delivery aligned with agency objectives.

The role requires managing the full lifecycle of procurement projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate must be familiar with government procurement frameworks and be able to prepare RFQs, AORs and evaluation reports, while reporting procurement status to stakeholders and management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the full life-cycle of a procurement project.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including documentation and minute taking.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous; able to follow through to closure.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborates well with cross-functional and internal stakeholders.
• Familiar with Government procurement framework and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Upholding governance in Government procurement while ensuring quality project delivery and alignment with agency objectives and outcomes.
• Ensure procurement activities are conducted in accordance with Government procurement policies, regulations and guidelines (e.g. IM8, GeBIZ requirements).
• Prepare, review and maintain procurement documents such as RFQs, AOR and evaluation reports.
• Provide regular updates and reports on procurement status to relevant stakeholders and management.
• Any other procurement-related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer (RO)
