Job summary

Crown Worldwide Pte Ltd is seeking a systems-focused professional to evaluate, design, and automate the end-to-end job lifecycle from setup through billing. You will optimize data flows, standardise processes, and build dashboards for visibility across operations and finance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data integrity, and scalable improvements using Excel, Power Query and Power Automate. Strong analytic skills and hands-on automation experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Operations, Accounting, Analytics or related.
• 3–5+ years in process improvement / system analyst roles / project-based environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operational workflows / willingness to learn.
• Advanced Excel skills: Structured models, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables.
• Automation skills: Basic VBA/ Power Query/ Power Automate / equivalent skills.
• Strong analytical and process-mapping capability.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end job lifecycle from setup to billing.
• Redesign workflows to improve data completeness and timeliness.
• Define process controls and data standards.
• Develop dashboards for job status, costing, cycle times and exceptions.
• Collaborate with Mobility Advisors, Billing, Operations and Finance to drive data quality.
