Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front-end project management in Financial Industry.
• Able to start within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track project development from start to finish with stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables are met within timeframe and budget.
• Regularly report progress, issues and solutions to stakeholders.
• Align loyalty programs with customer, marketing and sales teams to drive goals.
• Track issues, requirements and enhancements on the platform.
• Measure and propose strategies to improve loyalty programs.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve issues and improve experience.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the team with administrative and ad-hoc duties.
