Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication, positive mind-set and target driven.
• People-oriented with teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with HR policies and MOM legislations.
• Ability to interpret HR policies and advise staff and management.
• Ability to work with clients across various positions.
• Experience in Aerospace Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations as liaison between company, employees and clients.
• Handle enquiries, payroll matters, and disciplinary cases per policies.
• Advise management on employee relations, policy interpretation and staff management.
• Investigate misconduct and policy violations; recommend resolutions.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, resignations, terminations and exit interviews.
• Support compensation and benefits administration.
• Act as primary client contact for employee-related matters and deployments.
• Ensure timely submission of timesheets and attendance records.
• Conduct site visits and employee engagement activities as required.
• Assist with workplace safety coordination and incident follow-up.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
