Job summary

Scoot's Employee Experience team in Singapore supports Flight and Cabin Crew Operations and other staff across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. The Employee Experience Specialist will partner with Finance Payroll and HR Business Partners to deliver best-in-class service, maintain data integrity, and drive process improvements that reflect Scoot's mission and values.

The role requires 3–4 years in HR, a degree in HR or related field, and a strong grasp of government

Qualifications

• 3–4 years HR-related experience.
• Degree in HR or related field.
• Deep knowledge of government & statutory regulations.
• Proven experience in delivering best-in-class employee experience and process improvements.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and project planning skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding to offboarding of Crew.
• Main POC for HR-related queries for Crew with a service mindset.
• Maintain data integrity for Crew on HR Systems (personal info, leave, salary adjustments).
• Track, prepare and issue letters for confirmation, extension, promotion, and contract renewal.
• Support pass-related matters/documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance Payroll, Business Partners and HR teams to reengineer processes.
