Job summary

Danone Place Singapore is seeking a specialist to elevate the employee experience through culture, purpose, and people strategy via impactful communications and engaging programs.

You will lead an integrated employee experience and internal communications plan, shape multi-channel messaging, and partner with DPS and HR leaders to drive adoption of wellbeing, learning, and inclusion initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of internal communications, employee engagement, workplace experience, or related fields.
• Experience managing corporate events and workplace operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You will be responsible to create an exceptional employee experience at Danone Place Singapore by bringing our culture, purpose, and people strategy to life through impactful communications, meaningful engagement initiatives, a best-in-class workplace environment, and experiences that foster connection, wellbeing, belonging, and performance.

Employee Experience and Communications

• Develop and execute an integrated Employee Experience and Internal Communications strategy that enhances engagement, strengthens culture, and supports Danone's People Strategy and business priorities.
• Shape and deliver meaningful employee communications across multiple channels, ensuring employees feel informed, connected, and inspired by Danone's purpose, culture, and strategic direction.
• Partner with DPS & HR leaders to craft authentic and impactful communications that reinforce key messages, culture, change initiatives, and leadership visibility.
• Support the delivery of DPS people priorities through initiatives and collaborate with the program owner to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of company initiatives, policies, wellbeing programs, learning opportunities, and employee experience campaigns.
• Lead site-wide communication moments including town halls, leadership forums, employee announcements, recognition initiatives, and crisis communications when required.
• Champion a consistent employee experience by ensuring communication touchpoints reflect Danone's values, culture, and commitment to inclusion, belonging, and wellbeing.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Design and deliver employee engagement and culture initiatives that strengthen connection, engagement, collaboration, and pride in Danone.
• Lead signature employee engagement programs and community-building events including Danone Day, Family & Friends Day, Dinner & Dance, and cultural celebrations.
• Facilitate employee listening activities including engagement surveys, focus groups, and feedback forums, translating insights into meaningful action plans.
• Monitor engagement, participation, and employee experience metrics, using data and insights to continuously enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
• Take the role a Culture Champion to sit in the global Diversity and Inclusion community to represent Danone Place Singapore and partner with HR, leaders, employee communities, and employee resource groups to foster an inclusive, diverse, and high-engagement workplace.

Other Projects & Stakeholder Management

• Lead workplace projects including space planning and future workplace initiatives to ensure the office continues to meet evolving business and employee needs.
• Act as a trusted partner to local and global stakeholders by translating employee needs and organizational priorities into impactful solutions.

About You

Technical Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, workplace experience facilities management, HR, or related fields.
• Experience managing corporate events, employee experience initiatives, or workplace operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
