Job summary

Danone Place Singapore (DPS) HR team invites an intern to contribute to Talent, Learning, HR Operations and employee engagement priorities. You will gain exposure to workforce planning, stakeholder management, and data-driven HR initiatives while building strong HR knowledge and digital capabilities.

Join a dynamic, global consumer goods environment where you will support training launches, onboarding/offboarding activities, and HR process improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal with stakeholders.
• Data, digital, and AI literacy would be advantageous for HR insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end internship recruitment activities: posting, screening, coordinating interviews.
• Support employer branding and university engagement initiatives.
• Assist Learning & Development by coordinating training programs and tracking attendance.
• Support HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, and documentation processes.
• Help automate HR processes, maintain data accuracy, and produce dashboards.
• Assist in culture-building and internal communications, including bi-weekly newsletter.
