Responsibilities

• Client and HR account servicing for corporate clients and HR representatives.
• Handle enquiries on Employee Benefits, coverage, eligibility, and policy servicing.
• Coordinate policy issuance, endorsements, amendments and employee changes.
• Review policy documents for completeness and accuracy; monitor key policy dates.
• Obtain and compare quotations; prepare summaries for client discussions.
• Support premium negotiations and follow up with insurers on quotations and renewals.
• Provide support on onboarding, eligibility, coverage and claims requirements.
